Ingredients For SPROUT PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil the whole moong sprout and fenugreek sprout in pressure cooker ,once cooled to grind coarsely
  • 2. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger,cumin seeds,onion,green chilly ,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now stuffing is ready
  • 4. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well. With the help of water to make a soft dough.
  • 5. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 6. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.
  • 7. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifing butter on both the sides.
  • 8. Serve hot.
