Ingredients For Sprouts Masala Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take plain poha n sprinkle water, to make it soft.
  • 2. Now take a pan add 3 tablespoon of oil. Put Hing, mustard seeds, chopped green chilli n ginger garlic paste.
  • 3. Saute this ingredients for a while, then add onions chopped, cook for a while, add green moong lentils sprouted n tomatoes.
  • 4. Cook till all this becomes soft. Add Turmeric powder, sugar n salt.
  • 5. Finally add poha, mix it well. Cook for a while. Add lemon juice n garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
  • 6. Poha is ready to serve.
