Methods

How to make Stuffed pizza buns Recipr

1. Take a bowl add 1/4 cup luke warm water add yeast powder,salt and sugar mix it well and keep on rest for 10 minutes
2. Now add ghee mix it.add flour and milk powder and mix it well
3. Now take water and knead smooth dough apply some butter and keep on rest for 1 hour.
4. After hour knead dough and divide into equal portion
5. Grease the tray with melted butter.make ball of dough and keep it on tray and press it
6. Apply some butter and cover and rest it for 10 minutes
7. Pre heat oven for 10 minutes , now keep baking tray in oven bake it for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree
8. After that get out from oven and let it get cool
9. Now take all buns and make cuts on it I have made 8 cuts now take 2 pipping bags
10. In 1 piping bag add schezwan chatni and tomato ketchup which is mixed with same portion
11. In second piping bag add mayonnaise.make hole into piping bag and hold like cone
12. Now take bun and fill schezwan chatni and tomato ketchup
13. Now fill mayonnaise.now add some greated cheese,onion and spread some herbs on it
14. Prepare all buns same as above.now take same baking tray apply butter on it keep all stuffed buns on it
15. Now bake it for 10 minutes on 180 degree.take out from oven
16. Serve with ketchup and serve hot
