Ingredients For Stuffed Tinda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel tinda . Make Slit in them . In a bowl mix all the spices .
  • 2. Take a wok heat 1 tbsp oil , add cumin seeds , green chilli, ginger garlic paste and onion . Roast it , add tomatoes. And spices. (Save some spices) . Cook it well .
  • 3. Take a wok heat oil. Fry tinda for 10 minutes. Let it cool . Now stuff in the onion masala in tinda .
  • 4. Again on low medium heat, cook the stuffed tinda.
  • 5. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
