Super healthy mini dry fruits and Beet Idli Recipe

If you keep rawa curd mixture on the rest for 1-1.5 hour, the result will better.

Ingredients For Super healthy mini dry fruits and Beet Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add rawa and curd . My x it well. Keep aside to rest for 20-25 minutes.
  • 2. Check the consistency of batter. Whisk it well.
  • 3. Add beet, carrot , chopped dry fruits and salt. Mix it well.
  • 4. Add water if required to maintain consistency .
  • 5. Grease holes of idli plate . Boil water in steamer.
  • 6. Add baking soda in batter. Mix gently. Immediately fill the mould with batter.
  • 7. Put idli plate inside the steamer. Steam it on medium high flame for 7-8 minutes.
  • 8. After cooling Remove all the idlis from the mould.
  • 9. In a serving plate arrange all the idlis. Put some paneer over it . Sprinkle chat masala. Top with fried cashew and sauce.
