Ingredients For sweetcorn sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add onions and fry till golden pink.
  • 2. Add capsicum and fry till soft.
  • 3. Add tomato and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • 4. Season with jaljeera power, pepper power, salt and mix well.
  • 5. Add sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas.
  • 6. Add fresh cream and mix well. Keep aside.
  • 7. Toast bread slices on a tawa with some butter and keep aside.
  • 8. Beat the sugar, curd and keep aside.
  • 9. On a serving plate, keep one toasted bread slice. Spread the corn mixture on the slice, cover it with another slice and pour the curd mixture on top of the sandwich.
  • 10. Garnish with some boiled corns and serve hot.
