Ingredients For Thai chicken curry with veggies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first in a mixing jar take chopped onion, coriander roots, lemon grass, garlic, peppercorn, cumin seeds, coriander seeds & dry red chilli. Add little water & make smooth paste of it.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan , add shallots & ground paste. Fry it for few minutes.
  • 3. Add all chopped vegetables & salt then. Saute it for few minutes.
  • 4. Then add chicken & Kaffir lime leaves. Cook it on high flame for few minutes.
  • 5. After few minutes add coconut milk, brown sugar, fish sauce.
  • 6. Finally add lemon jest, lemon juice & fresh red chilli. Stir & cook till the chicken is done.
  • 7. Serve hot with Thai Fried rice or any steamed rice.
