Ingredients For TIKHA LAHASUNI PARATHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.Add green chillies and garlic cloves till light brown,add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
  • 2. In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, maida and all above ingredients to make a soft dough.Keep aside for 15 mins. Knead it again.
  • 3. Take some dough and make into ball. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
  • 4. Grease the oil and fold the paratha into round shape ball.Again flatten the balls into round shape paratha.
  • 5. On a heated tava make parathas applying oil on both sides.
  • 6. Serve garma garam paratha with pickles.
