Ingredients For Tilapia Dumplings Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Rinse the fish and wipe it dry.
  • 2. Next marinate it with lemon juice, salt, butter and some cornflour for 15mins only.
  • 3. Now grind it up in the mixer grinder.
  • 4. Now heat up some butter in a non-stick pan and saute the chopped bell peppers, capsicum, spring Onions, garlic, ginger, onion and green chillies.
  • 5. Next add them to the fish mix along with salt, sugar, tomato ketchup, chopped coriander, the remaining corn flour and chilli flakes.
  • 6. Now make dumplings out of the fish mix, and shallow fry them in a non-stick pan brushed with butter.
  • 7. Thus, Tilapia dumplings are ready! Serve hot with desired dip!
