Ingredients For Tofu Moong Cheela Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add tata sampann moong dal chilla mix with 250 ml of water.
  • 2. Make a smooth batter, cover and keep aside.
  • 3. In another bowl, add all vegetables along with the spices and make a filling.
  • 4. You can also add boiled peas and mashed potato (Totally optional)
  • 5. Heat up the tawa and wipe with a oil dipped tissue.
  • 6. Take a ladle full of batter and spread evenly on tawa.
  • 7. Drizzle some oil and cook on medium low heat till half cooked and flip.
  • 8. Cook from another side for two mins and flip again.
  • 9. Spread the filling on the half and cover with the rest half of the chilla.
  • 10. Enjoy with green chutney and sauce. Enjoyyyy.
