Ingredients For Undhiyo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For muthiya, mix all the ingredients with luke warm water. Make small pakoda or muthiya and fry in vegetable oil,
  • 2. Cut all the vegetables in one inch size(carrot, beans,florets etc),
  • 3. Make coarse puree of all the ingredients except curry leaves,
  • 4. Take oil, puree ghee in cooker put jeera, hing and chopped onion saute till golden brown,
  • 5. Put puree and all masala in it, mix it well till it leaves oil and ghee,
  • 6. Add all vegetables and muthiya and mix well,
  • 7. Give one whistle on full flame and slow down the flame for 2-3 minutes,
  • 8. After cooling Garnish it with chopped green coriander leaves and put butter on it with sesame. seeds
