Ingredients For Unique Sabudana Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana over night & then soak poha for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add both soaked sabudana & poha & sooji to a mixer jar along with 1 cup water.
  • 3. Transfer grinded mixture to a mixing bowl
  • 4. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, grated carrot, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leavescumin seeds,salt to taste.
  • 5. Add oil to a pan & 1 tsp mustard seeds & few curry leaves.
  • 6. Add prepared batter & cover with lid for 5 minutes & cook on low to medium flame.
  • 7. Then mix everything well & cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • 8. Serve hot
