Methods
  • 1. In a pan or kadai heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves.
  • 2. Now add urad dal, ground buts and chilly. Roast for 2-3 minute.
  • 3. Now add semolina and roast for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile boil water aside.
  • 4. Now add sugar, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  • 5. Now add boiling water in it. Mix well.
  • 6. Cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 7. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
  • 8. Tasty , delicious Upma is ready to serve.
