Methods
  • 1. Chop onion, capsicum and carrot.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok add oil and ghee, heat it. Add mustard seeds and urad dal. When it starts splutter add green chilli, curry leaves and onions.
  • 3. When onions become translucent add capsicum and carrot. Cook it on medium flame for 6-7 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder.
  • 4. Mix roasted rava. Add 3 bowl hot water in it. Stir continuesly on medium flame. Rava will absorb the water. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Turn of the flame. Transfer it in serving bowls.
