You can definitely use the veggies but there i'm not using it and making it short and simple.

Ingredients For Veg. Chowmein Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and boil the noodles. Boil it for 4-5 minutes and drain it. Drain it with cold water as well and add little oil so that it does not stick.keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat . add chopped garlic, ginger,celery. Stir it well and saute it for second. Don't brown the garlic.
  • 3. Now add sliced onion in it and mix it. Cook until the onion are soft.
  • 4. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce,and vinegar. Mix it well.
  • 5. Add salt and pepper in it and after that add boiled noodles into it.
  • 6. Toss it very well until everything is mixed together. Once its done turn off the flame and transfer it to the plate.
  • 7. Garnish it with chopped spring onions and enjoy your chow mein.
