Ingredients For VEG TOAST RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients except bread, butter and sauce. Mix it well.
  • 2. Take bread pieces, apply 1/2 tsp sauce evenly on the bread top.
  • 3. Spread vegetable mixture over it.
  • 4. Heat griddle . Put some butter, place bread on the griddle from the mixture side. Press it with spatula.
  • 5. Cook it on low heat for one minute. Check it , it shouldn’t be burn.
  • 6. Spread some butter on the bread and turn the bread toast till it becomes crispy..
  • 7. Arrange the prepared toast on serving plate. Put some sauce .Sprinkle chat masala . Serve hot and immediately.
