Ingredients For Vegan Zucchini Soya Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First boil the soya chunks and grate it to make keema.
  • 2. Cut the zucchini into slices and grill the pieces till it becomes tender.
  • 3. For making keema, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Then add chopped garlic and stir.
  • 4. Add the grated soya chunks to it. Saute and mix turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • 5. Add a little water and cook till it's done.
  • 6. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • 7. To assemble, take grilled zucchini slices. Fill it with soya keema and secure it with toothpick.
  • 8. Enjoy this delicious vegan snacks.
