Ingredients For Vegetable Khaman Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak dal for 4 hours and then grind it to a fine paste, and keep in warm place for overnight for fermentation
  • 2. Next day take fermented dal, add ginger chilli paste, citric acid and salt. Mix well, add in grease tin ,now steam for20 to 25 minutes till done
  • 3. When done, remove from tin and cut into triangle pieces like sandwich,cut thin slices. heat oil in apan and roast both sides till slightly colour changes
  • 4. apply green chutney on each khaman of one side. some ketchup, some vegetables, sprinkle chaat masala and cover it.
  • 5. it.Sprinkle some sev and serve as a tiffin lunch for kids or even adults, will surely love this healthy yet tasty sandwich
