Banana cake is my personal favorite because it comes out very fluffy , light and moist everytime I bake it at home.

Ingredients For Wheat flour banana sponge cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, sieve flour,milk powder, baking soda and baking powder 2 to 3 times. Dry ingredients are ready.
  • 2. In another bowl, mix curd, sugar and mashed banana. Mix well to form a smooth and creamy batter.
  • 3. Add oil and vanilla essence. Mix continuously.
  • 4. Add dry ingredients into this in batches.
  • 5. Mix well but don't over mix it. Add milk to get ribbon like consistency of the batter.
  • 6. Transfer the batter in a greased cake tin.
  • 7. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 35 minutes or according to the temperature of your oven.
  • 8. Cake is ready. Cool it , cut it and store in air tight container.
