Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl add 2 tbsp oil & salt mix well and add some water & makes a tight dough.
  • 2. In a pan boil some water then add Maggie brick in it and boiled after it strained Maggie and leave it for cool.
  • 3. Take a pan add oil and headed now add chopped onion fry sometime then add capsicum and fry till soften.
  • 4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Maggie masala and Salt mix well then add boiled Meggie in it mix well for 2 minutes
  • 5. Now take a ball from the daugh and make a pizza size roti.
  • 6. Take some Maggie filling & spread whole roti then spread cheese and rolled it
  • 7. Cut it with the help of knife in bhakharwadi style.
  • 8. By adding 2 spoon maida and water make a liquid paste dip all bhakharwadi in it
  • 9. Now heat oil and fry all bhakharwadi in it till golden brown
  • 10. Crispy bhakharwadi is ready for eating
