Wheat Flour Custard Coconut Cake Bars Recipe

It's a very healthy recipe of cake.I made this cake with wheat flour instead of using refine flour which is very healthy and by adding dessicated coconut it becomes super tasty.

Ingredients For Wheat Flour Custard Coconut Cake Bars Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take oil,sugar and milk and mix altogether nicely for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Now add wheat flour, dessicated coconut,custard powder,tutti-frutti and vanilla essence and mix up well.
  • 3. Finally add baking powder,baking soda and vinegar and mix altogether for 1 minute in one direction.
  • 4. Transfer batter in a greased cake tin and tap it.
  • 5. Preheat cooker for 5 minutes and place cake tin into cooker and bake it by removing cooker's rubber and whistle for 45 minutes.
  • 6. After 45 minutes check the cake by inserting toothpick or knife,if it comes clean which means cake is ready or otherwise bake it for more 5 minutes.
  • 7. Take out the cake tin carefully from cooker and allow it to cool down completely.
  • 8. Cut into bars and finally garnish with dessicated coconut and mix fruit jam.
  • 9. Wheat Flour Custard Coconut Cake Bars are ready to serve.
