Wheat Flour Semolina Namkeen

I made this snack recipe as a tea-time snack.I mostly prefer wheat flour instead of using refined flour(Maida).....because wheat flour is much more healthier ingredient than refined flour.So I oftenly use wheat flour for making my recipe.

Ingredients For Wheat Flour Semolina Namkeen

Methods
  • 1. Take a pot,add all ingredients and by adding gradually water knead a semi-stiff dough and keep it aside for rest for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal portions of big balls.
  • 3. Roll semi-thick chapati from dough ball and cut chapati into diamond shape pieces or any desired shape.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and when oil becomes slightly hot then deep fry all namkeens on low to medium flame with occasionally stir until it bevomes golden brown and crispy evenly.
  • 5. Take out all namkeens after deep fry from oil on tissue paper to absorb extra oil from it.
  • 6. Wheat Flour Semolina Namkeen are ready to serve.
