Ingredients For Wheat Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly in a large mixing bowl take 1/4 cup and add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well until the mixture turns frothy
  • 2. Further add 2 cup wheat flour and mix well. Add water as required and knead the dough
  • 3. Knead to a smooth and soft dough Grease oil and rest the dough for 30 minutes
  • 4. Knead again slightly making sure the dough is super soft
  • 5. Pinch a ball sized dough and dust with wheat flour. Roll gently and thinly as possible dusting wheat flour as required. Now shape to around size fitting into a tawa. Pick using a fork, this helps to prevent from puffing up. Place the rolled Pizza base into the tawa.
  • 6. Then pick with a centre of dough with the help of a fork to prevent Pizza base from fluffing up like chapati.
  • 7. Spread 4 tbsp Pizza sauce uniformly
  • 8. Further top with onion, olives and tomato.
  • 9. Add spread 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 10. Further sprinkle chilli flakes and spread 1 tbsp oil from sides
  • 11. Now cover and simmer for 8 minutes or till cheese melts completely
  • 12. Finally tawa Pizza ready and serve hot
