Ingredients For Zebra Cup Cake

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk oil, curd, milkmaid & vanilla essence. Whisk it till smooth.
  • 2. In another bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda & milk powder.Mix it well.
  • 3. Add this flour mixture to the curd mixture.
  • 4. Now take 1/2 bowl of this mixture in another bowl & mix chocolate powder.
  • 5. Take a paper cup now, pour 1tbspn white batter in it. Pour 1tbspn chocolate batter over it.Repeat this method once again.
  • 6. Fill all the paper cup with batter & put it in a non stick cup mould.
  • 7. No need to preheat the oven.Bake the cup cakes in convection mode at 180°C for 25minutes.
