Aalu Tikki Chat Recipe

Everyone's mouth gets watered as soon as they hear the name of the chaat. If it is rainy season and sour sweet and spicy chaat comes to the fore, then it is fun. Made with green chutney, tamarind chutney, curd and lots of sour sweet spices. The taste of chaat is amazing.

Ingredients For Aalu Tikki Chat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients of making Tikki, mix it well. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Give it to flat Tikki shape. Shallow fry the tikkis on low medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside.
  • 2. At the time when chaat is to be made, heat the pan again. Place two cooked tikkis in it, put chopped tomatoes, onions on it. Add chili and some salt. Break it and mix.
  • 3. Take it out in a serving plate. Add hot chickpeas, green chutney, tamarind chutney, some onion, curd, green coriander, chaat masala, black salt, cumin powder on top of it. Put fine sev on top and serve hot.
