Popular Holi snack kanji wada is twisted with healthy version, as i have made in appam pan, normally soaked in spiced kanji instead i use aam panna. Which gives tangy,sour,sweeten taste.
How to make Aam panna infused healthy kanji wada recipe

For aam panna add 1 cup water and mango in a pressure cooker, let it 2-3 whistle, cool it,and take out all pulp from it. Remaining water is used later.

In a grinder, add mango pulp, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, Jaggery and black salt, grind to make paste.

In a pan, add oil spulter mustard seed and hing, add prepared grind paste, cook for around 1 minute. Add remaining water and 1 cup more water, cook till boil, switch off the flame. Aam panna is ready.

Now for vadas, soak moong dal for an hour, then grind with salt, chillies and ginger and make paste. Now heat appam pan grease with oil, till whisk the batter till fluffy and soft.

Add 1 tsp batter in each roundals of appan pan, cover it, when seems done, turn the side and cook till both sides done.
6.
Moong dal wada are done, now soak in aam panna for an hour. Then serve in short glasses or bowls.
