Hi everyone so here we are going to make so soft spongy added with lots of dryfruits and very healthy "aata dryfruits cake" it's too easy and without maida so it can be easy to digest and won't harm to ur digest system.its taste so we'll just like readymade bakery cake. U can make it for any occasion like Christmas ,new year or for kids also.so without wasting more time let's begin with.

It can take 5-10 min extra or less as per oven type.u can grease mould with oil or ghee also.i have added dryfruits after bake of 15 min so dryfruits will not get burned or coloure will remain same of dryfruits.if u want u can add it directly in batter.

Methods
  • 1. Heat oven. Now take 1 bowl.
  • 2. Add wheat flour,milk powder,sugar powder,baking powder,baking soda and cocoa powder and oil.
  • 3. Mix it well. Now add vanilla essence and add small small portion of milk.
  • 4. Make smooth paste. Grease the mould with butter add batter in it.
  • 5. Tap it 2-3 times. Now keep it in oven. Bake it on 180 degree.
  • 6. After baking of 15 minutes, take out cake from oven spread chopped dryfruits and again keep in oven for extra 15 minutes.
  • 7. After that check with toothpick and get out from oven.
  • 8. Serve warm.
