Ingredients For All purpose flour plum cake with eggs Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take a bowl, sift the all purpose flour, sugar powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, mix it well properly. All mixed flour ready. Keep aside.
  • 2. Then cut the cashews in pieces. Keep aside.
  • 3. Melt butter in low flame. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • 4. Then take a bowl, beat the eggs properly, add melted butter, beat it well. Then add Vanilla essence beat it well. Then add all mixed flour properly. Finally add cashew pieces mix it well. Batter ready. Keep aside.
  • 5. Then take the cake tray, grease butter in it, keep butter paper in it, pour cake batter in it. Tap it well. Finally add cashews. Keep aside.
  • 6. Then take the pressure cooker, add salt 2 cups for baking, keep stand in it, heat it in high flame 5 minutes without whistle and gasket. Then switch off the flame. Then open the lid, keep cake tray properly, bake it in low-medium flame 90 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  • 7. Take it cake tray. Let's cool it. Then make pieces. Serve it. So tasty. Enjoy.
