Who doesn't like super hot parathe with dollop of butter in this cozy morning. So today I have made Aloo methi parathe with roasted tomato chutney.

Ingredients For Aloo Methi Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For dough, take flour in a mixing bowl and add oil and water, knead a soft dough.
  • 2. For Stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add crushed coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and sauté well til it turns pink.
  • 4. Add chopped methi leaves, salt and spices.
  • 5. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and roasted gram flour.
  • 6. Mix well and, cook for a minute and mash with potato masher.
  • 7. Stuffing is ready, let it cool.
  • 8. Make medium size balls from dough and fill the stuffing in it.
  • 9. Seal the edges, roll out with rolling pin and cook on tawa with adding ghee.
  • 10. Serve hot Aloo methi parathe with roasted tomato chutney and dollop of butter.
