Ingredients For ALOO PARWAL POSTO RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop parwal.
  • 2. Peel the boiled potato and chop it.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan,add fenugreek seeds,cloves,cinnamon,whole red chilly,ginger,coconut and posto.
  • 4. Cook for one to two minutes.
  • 5. Turn off the flame.
  • 6. Once cooled to make a paste.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan add parwal and turmeric powder and cook till soft and strain it.
  • 8. Add green chilly and ground paste and all spices and cook for two to three minutes.
  • 9. Add parwal and boiled potatoes and mix well.
  • 10. Add half cup of water for gravy.
  • 11. Cover the lid and cook for ten minutes in low flame.
  • 12. Add salt and mix well.
  • 13. Serve hot with chapatis.
