1.
Boil the soya chunks in 3 cup water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and wash the chunks 2-3 times under running water and squeeze it well.

Heat the oil in a pan shallow fry the potatoes for 5 minutes. Remove it in a ptate.

In the same pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds one by one. Once they cracks add onion paste in it. Roast it well in low medium heat.

Take a mixer jar, add sliced onion,ginger garlic green chilli and grind it.

When it turns brown add tomato puree mix and roast well. Now add salt and all the dry masala. In this stage add the curd.
6.
Cook until the oil leaves the pan. Keep the flame low. Now add soya chunk and potatoes in this masala. Mix it. Add some water boil and cover it for 5 minutes.Turnoff the flame.
7.
Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve with chapatis/ rice.
