Ingredients For Aloochana ki sabji with Ajwain Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all heat mustard oil in a cooker.
  • 2. Add green chilli, jeera and hing.
  • 3. Then add chopped onion, saute. Add ginger garlic paste.
  • 4. Mix it well. Now cook for a while.Also add tomato paste n cook.
  • 5. Mix all the dry masalas in Tomato puree.
  • 6. Add tomato paste, Tomato puree with dry masalas.
  • 7. Now mix n cook till oil seprates from masala.
  • 8. Add salt. Now put boiled potatoes n red chana. Mix it well.
  • 9. Add adequate amount of water n pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
  • 10. Aloo chana ki sabji is ready.
  • 11. Now for paratha, take wheat flourin a bowl.
  • 12. Add ajwain, kalonji seeds n 1 tablespoons of ghee. n salt.
  • 13. Make a soft dough, keep this dough aside.
  • 14. Now make parathas using ghee.
  • 15. Serve this with Aloo chana ki sabji with paratha.
