Methods
  • 1. Add salt, onion, green chilli and all the spices to the millet flour.
  • 2. Now add little water and knead the dough.
  • 3. Now take some dough from the dough, give it the desired shape.
  • 4. Now put water in a vessel and keep it boiling. And put oil in a plate and keep it for steaming.
  • 5. Steam the muthias for 10-15 minutes.
  • 6. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Then add all the muthia and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • 7. Bajra muthia is ready, add chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve it with hot tea.
