People usually cook bajji from banana. I wanted to try something different , so i made crispy banana balls. It is crispy from the outside and soft in the inside. A bite with tea/coffee is heavenly during monsoon. Diabetes patients can't consume potato and hence they can choose this alternative tasty-tangy-crispy banana balls.
