Banana Crispy Balls Recipe

People usually cook bajji from banana. I wanted to try something different , so i made crispy banana balls. It is crispy from the outside and soft in the inside. A bite with tea/coffee is heavenly during monsoon. Diabetes patients can't consume potato and hence they can choose this alternative tasty-tangy-crispy banana balls.

Ingredients For Banana Crispy Balls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a boiled banana, peel the skin and mash nicely.
  • 2. Add turmeric powder, chat masala, chili powder, black salt, amchor powder, garam masala, chopped moringa leaves and mix.
  • 3. Make a small small balls and keep aside.
  • 4. Crushed the cornflakes, take bowl or vessel add rice flour, cornflour, salt and water.
  • 5. Mix without lumps, batter is ready.
  • 6. Heat the oil.
  • 7. Take small banana balls, dip the batter and roll the cornflakes and deep fry.
  • 8. Banana crispy balls is ready. serve with ketchup.
