1.
Take bowl add all purpose flour suji, milk powder, salt, baking powder mix it well.

Peel of banana add in mixi jar make smooth paste of it.
3.
Add into dry ingredients and mix it well with adding milk gradually.
4.
Make smooth batter just like pakoda batter and keep it side for 5-6 hours.
5.
After 5-6 hour keep frying pan with oil on medium flame.
6.
Oil should be warm not hot. Mix the batter again add 1 spoon batter in oil in one consistency don't tap spoon in end other vise malpua will not get fluffy.
7.
On other side keep pot on high flame add sugar and water make thick syrup of it.
8.
Add cardmom powder in it. Fry malpua from both side till get golden.
9.
Prepare all malpuas. Add into sugar syrup 2-3 at times for 4-5 minutes.
10.
Sugar should warm otherwise malpua will not observe syrup.
11.
Take it out from syrup to serving plate. Garnish with dry fruits.
