Ingredients For Banarasi Matar Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the poha nicely. Drain excess water completely.
  • 2. In a wok heat oil. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds. Stir well.
  • 3. Add grated ginger. Mix well. Add green peas. Cook it on low flame. Cover the wok.
  • 4. Add salt and black pepper powder. Add poha. Mix and cover the wok for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Add dry fruits, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • 6. Serve hot with ginger tea.
