Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in deep sauce pan. Add garlic and sauté on medium flame
  • 2. Add onion and sauté till it changes color on medium flame.
  • 3. Add tomatoes and sauté on medium flame till it turns soft
  • 4. Add carrots and beans. Add salt, sugar and chilli powder
  • 5. Add pearl barley and water. Bring it to boil
  • 6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the flame and add coconut milk
  • 7. Simmer on low flame for a minute .Serve hot
