Ingredients For Beetroot Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop the beetroot, carrot, cauliflower, boiled potatoes and green peas in a food processor and keep 1/2 cup Oats aside for coating.
  • 2. Place the mixed chopped veggies, in the a bowl, add yogurt and 1 cup Oats.
  • 3. Then add the red chilli powder, garam masala, dry amchoor powder and chopped fresh coriander and mix with the veggies.
  • 4. Shape the mixture in to cutlets and spread the remaining 1/2 cup Oats on a plate.
  • 5. Put about 1/2 cup milk or water in a flat dish/bowl. Dip each cutlet in milk for a second and immediately press both sides of each cutlet in Oats
  • 6. Press cutlet with the palms to coat the Oats properly.
  • 7. Cook the cutlet in the frying pan on low heat on both sides.
  • 8. Transfer it on a serving plate and serve hot.
