Ingredients For Beetroot Golap Pitha in Rabdi Dip Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl. add flour, salt,beetroot juice,1tspn sugar,1tspn ghee .Mix required hot water & make a dough of it.
  • 2. Now take small portion from dough & roll out some small circle from it.
  • 3. To make a rose,overlap 3 small circles & roll it from starting to end.
  • 4. Cut the middle portion of the folded circles & make 2 roses from this.
  • 5. Shape the petals using your hand.
  • 6. Heat ghee in a pan & deep fry the roses in low to medium heat.Take out from ghee & keep it in tissue paper.
  • 7. For rabdi, boil milk properly & make it half in quantity .Add cardamom powder,pinch of salt, cashew nuts & raisin.Boil it for few minutes.
  • 8. Switch off the flame & add liquid jaggery .Don't add liquid jaggery in boiling milk.There is a chance to curdle the milk so avoid it.
  • 9. Now dip the fried roses in rabdi for sometime & serve it.
