Batter should not be thin. Fry the bread Pakoda on medium heat but in hot oil.

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, mash it . Add all the ingredients of stuffing. Mix it well.
  • 2. In another bowl add all the ingredients of batter. Gradually Add water make little thick but flowing batter.
  • 3. Take a bread slice. Spread green chutney, then 2-3 tsp stuffing. Cover it with another bread slice. Cut it into half.
  • 4. Heat oil in a wok. Dip stuffed bread slices into gram flour batter . Put it in oil. Deep fry all the pakora on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 5. Remove it in a kitchen napkin. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
