Ingredients For Capsicum In Peanut Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the roasted peanuts in a mixer jar and grind it to form a coarse powder.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow it to sputter. Add cumin seeds. Now add ginger and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
  • 3. Now, add chopped onion and saute the onions till translucent.
  • 4. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and cumin powder along with salt.
  • 5. Now add capsicum pieces and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  • 6. Now add coarsely ground peanuts and stir well. Add water to make it to gravy consistency. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves. Capsicum Peanut Masala is ready to serve.
