Ingredients For CHANA CHILLY Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add boiled chickpea,all purpose flour,garam masala powder,red chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  • 2. Keep aside for half an hour in the freeze.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chickpea and keep aside.
  • 4. Again heat oil in a pan.
  • 5. Add onion,garlic,ginger and saute.
  • 6. Add soy sauce,chilly sauce, tomato sauce,sugar and salt and mix well.
  • 7. Add half cup of water and come to boil for 5 mins.
  • 8. Add fried chickpea/chana,vinegar and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 9. Turn off the flame.
