Ingredients For Corn Palak paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the spinach leaves very well with water. Boil 2 cups water Add ¼ tsp salt Add the spinach leaves in the hot water. Boil for 1 minute.Immediately remove it from hot water and put it in cold water.
  • 2. Now drain the water. Add the spinach in a grinder jar.Make a smooth palak paste.Keep this aside.
  • 3. Now in a large pan heat ghee and roast the whole spices till it turns aromatic, add ginger garlic paste and green chilli also add onions. Cook, till onions become brown. Now add tomatoes and salt, cook it on medium flame till the tomatoes turn soft.
  • 4. Add Palak paste in it mix well add water to maintain consistency.
  • 5. Now add corn and paneer in it. Mix gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame and add garam masala, kasuri methi and cream. mix well.
  • 6. Serve with garma garam chapatis or naan
