Crunchy Vegetable Kabab Recipe

The taste of vegetable cutlets is amazing. It is made by adding pungent-sour-spicy spices to many vegetables. It doesn't take much time to make it. You can eat the cutlet as it is with sauce or use it in making burgers, if you want, you can eat it by making a chaat.

Methods
  • 1. Make a thick batter of all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • 2. Take a bowl add all vegetables. Mash and mix it.
  • 3. Add all the spices and 4-5 spoon bread crumbs. Mix it well.
  • 4. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Take 1-1 part in hand and shape it into a long cylinder. Wrap it in bread crumbs first. Then dip it in the cornflour solution, wrap it in bread crumbs and keep it on a plate. Keep it in the fridge to set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, put the cutlets in it and deep-fry it on medium flame till it becomes golden and crisp from all the sides. Fry it and keep it on the kitchen napkin so that the excess oil gets removed.
  • 6. Serve it with chutney and sauce.
