  • 1. Boil potato
  • 2. Chop tomato
  • 3. Heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  • 4. Add black pepper nutmeg and bay leaf
  • 5. Add chopped tomatoes
  • 6. Add salt and all spices
  • 7. Cut boil potato into big pueces
  • 8. Add it along with tomato and spices and saute it
  • 9. Beat curd and mix sufficient water in it
  • 10. Add in the potato
  • 11. Add more water if required
  • 12. Cook it for 5-8 minutes
  • 13. Yummy curd gravy potato vege is ready
