Methods
  • 1. Soak chana daal in water for six hours, then, in a mixer grinder, crush channa daal without water to a coarse paste.
  • 2. Take this paste in a bowl. add rice flour, salt , coriander seeds, black pepper,cumin seeds,to it
  • 3. Now add green chilli, ginger paste, lastly add onion to it mix all well.
  • 4. Heat oil to medium hot ,.then take a spoon fall of batter in hand , put it in oil one by one , deep fry bhajiya till golden
  • 5. Daal vada are ready serve it with green chilli
