Ingredients For Dahi paneer bhurji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, heat up oil in a pan and once hot, temper with dried red chili, add the chopped onions. Sauté in medium flame till translucent. Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. Next, add the salt, powdered spices (except garam masala) and curd. Cook till the masala starts releasing oil.
  • 3. Now add the grated paneer. Cook till the spices are well combined with the paneer. Add the kasuri methi, garam masala and slit green chilies. Mix well and switch off the heat. Now serve with roti or paratha.
