Ingredients For Dalia Palak ki Khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pressure cooker ,pressure cook 1 hour soaked Dalia, rice , green moong daal at two whistles
  • 2. Now in a pan heat ghee saute onion garlic green chillies ginger paste
  • 3. Now add the pressure cooked Dalia,rice green moong daal
  • 4. Now add turmeric salt and sambhar masala,don't add water
  • 5. U can drizzle water if needed around 2 tbsp
  • 6. Mix all well lastly add peanuts and chopped palak ,mix all well
  • 7. Don't cover the pan, add grated cheese to this khichdi mix all well switch off the flame
  • 8. Serve this khichdi hot with drizzle of ghee 2 tbsp on it and sprinkle sambhar masala on it
