1.
soak daliya (broken wheat) in hot water for 20-25 minutes. drain well.in a bowl cream butter and both the sugar till fulffy.in another bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda. add this mix into butter and sugar mixture. mix well.

stir the well drained dalia into cookie mix. add essence and gradually add water. prepare a dough.place the dough onto plastic sheet and make a loaf. wrap with sheet and put in deep fridge for 15 minutes.

then cut the slices and arrange in a tray. place in preheated oven and bake at 140c for 35-40 min.cool on wire recks and serve with a glass of milk
