In a large mixing bowl Add rava,curd,hing, ginger, green chilli,salt,kishmish mix it wellAdd some water to make thick like idli batter.Cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.Add more water if required. Just Before cooking add Baking soda and give it a mix.

In Appe pan add few drops of oil inside the holes.now fill the holes with 2 tbsp of batter in each.cover and simmer untill wada gets cooked slightly.

Flip it over to the other side using a spoon.cover it andcook on low heat until it turns golden brown.

Now take the wadas and put them in a bowl of water so that they become soft.

After 2 minutes, squeeze and drain out the wadasfrom the water. Dahi wadas are now ready to be served.

Keep wadas on a plate. Firstly pour chilled curd over the wadas then green and imli chutney,Now sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala,black salt and red chilli powder.garnish with coriander leaves. Dahi wada is ready to serve.
